First on-site step: secure the structure, protect against weather and theft.

Firefighting water can cause more damage than the fire itself. Extracted and dried immediately.

Soot & smoke cleaning
Dry sponges, chemical sponges, HEPA vacs. Every affected surface, ceiling to baseboard.

Odor neutralization
Thermal fog, hydroxyl and ozone treatment for permanent smoke odor removal.

Contents pack-out
Inventory, pack, transport, clean and store belongings until your home is ready.

Full reconstruction
In-house rebuild crew: framing, drywall, cabinetry, flooring, paint.
