How long does the drying process take?
Typical residential jobs dry in 3 to 5 days. Structural drying is complete when materials return to normal moisture content, verified with meters, not on a schedule.
Will my homeowner's insurance cover it?
Sudden and accidental water damage is almost always covered. We bill your carrier directly and document the loss to their standards, so claims move quickly.
Do I need to leave my home?
Usually no. We contain the work area and run equipment quietly. Larger jobs or Category-3 losses may require temporary displacement; your policy typically covers that too.
Can you save my hardwood floors?
Often yes, if we start within 24–48 hours. We use mat-drying systems that pull moisture from beneath the finish before cupping becomes permanent.
